Required?

I do not think that passing the HSPA should be a requirement for graduation because your fate of graduation should not be determined on one test.  You pass some  test and you fail some what if this test was given on the wrong day and you was going through things and because you was not focus or ready you could not graduate.  Standardized test does not really determine what you know because standardized test are restricted they ask what they want you to know not you have knowledge of.  You can have knowledge of some other things but the world would never know because they do not ask it.
