HSPA

I do not think that HSPA should be given on the computer because it would be way to easy to cheat.  The students would do better than just taking the test paper and pencil.  Results would actually improve dramatically. I would indeed prefer to take the test the traditional way because people would defiantly cheat more and better with the computer. You can not cheat yourself to success. Many who know how to use a computer very well can just type the stuff in the spotlight, or Google the answers, etc. Therefore the test should remain the traditional way.
